This Cissus quadrangularis can be used by anybody. It has been imported from Turu (see http://www.mandaras.info/Hide/Tur.html). Diwaghare is an expression referring to a settlement situated on top of a mountain or in an uphill direction (like the village of Turu). Diwa means "uphill" and ghare means "head".
