The Mandara Mountains Homepage serves the process of decolonising African Oral History. Mandaras Publishing is a non-profit Publisher of the Northern Mandara Mountains of Nigeria and Cameroon with a particular emphasis on the crossborder area of the northwestern Manadara Mountains. Dr Gerhard Muller-Kosack as owner of the site is a historical ethnographer and area specialist of this region since 1981. He created the website in 1999 and reserves all copyrights as non-profit Publisher for the presentation of the Mandara Mountains Homepage known as www.mandaras.info.
